Return Process

Carefully pack your Instant Pot in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Centre
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post location or scheduled courier pickup point.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
